Healing Qi Gong & Mindfulness

Package 5: Healing Qi Gong and Mindfulness Sessions

Qi gong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice that uses slow movements, deep breathing, and focused meditation to cultivate "qi," or life force energy. It aims to improve overall health and well-being by regulating the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture. The practice can enhance balance, flexibility, and strength while also reducing fatigue, pain, and anxiety. Qi Gong is a gentle practice suitable for any age and any level of fitness.  I offer standard Zhineng Qi Gong level 2 practice as well as individually designed practice based on your health concerns and wellness goals, combining Zhineng Qi Gong, Bagua and Five Elements Qi Gong forms, elements of Thai stick exercise and Moroccan female dance movements.
