Through lifestyle guidance, habit coaching, and energy work such as Medical Qi Gong, clients learn to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their stress, and cultivate consistent energy and vitality. These messages can create stress, comparison, and self-doubt, making it harder to embrace aging with confidence and grace. Graceful Aging Coaching helps clients navigate this landscape with clarity, self-compassion, and empowerment. It emphasizes that we can feel and look beautiful at any age, and that true beauty comes not from conforming to societal ideals, but from cultivating health, vitality, personal style, and a positive mindset. Healing Qi Gong & Mindfulness

Healing Qi Gong and Mindfulness Sessions

Qi gong is an ancient Chinese mind-body practice that uses slow movements, deep breathing, and focused meditation to cultivate "qi," or life force energy. It aims to improve overall health and well-being by regulating the mind, breath, and body's movement and posture. The practice can enhance balance, flexibility, and strength while also reducing fatigue, pain, and anxiety. Qi Gong is a gentle practice suitable for any age and any level of fitness.  I offer standard Zhineng Qi Gong level 2 practice as well as individually designed practice based on your health concerns and wellness goals, combining Zhineng Qi Gong, Bagua and Five Elements Qi Gong forms, elements of Thai stick exercise and Moroccan female dance movements.
